We are much more than punching and kicking and this is not just another sport. We are an elite lifestyle institution committed to developing the leaders of the future. Developing character and becoming an outstanding citizen are part of our grading process. In a world full of distraction we teach your children focus, discipline and determination so they can bring their best self both on the mats and in the classroom.

Today's children are becoming soft and the participation trophy and "everyone wins" mentality does not prepare them for life in the real world. We teach our kids how to win but even more importantly we teach them how to except and deal with loss.
MENTAL FOCUS
Does your child struggle with focusing, paying attention or staying on task? If so this will greatly impact both their home and school life. The ever present technology, social media and video games will only continue to worsen these problems. We provide and outlet to get them out from behind the screens and into a positive learning environment.
LEADERSHIP
Our lessons extend far beyond the Dojo. These lessons shape these young men and women into the leaders of the future. Leadership starts here. We teach the kids to be role models for all others by leading by example! Students are encouraged to assist younger or newer students on this journey which helps to instill these leadership qualities.
DETERMINATION
Life can be hard and our classes and our training will mirror that. We want to make the hardest battles inside of the Dojo and we help teach the children determination to push themselves and overcome them. Developing this drive is key for success later in life!

THE US OPEN WORLD MARTIAL ARTS CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE HELD ANNUALLY AT WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA. IN THE PAST THREE YEARS, JKD KIDS HAS BROUGHT HOME 9 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS AND COUNTLESS 2ND & 3RD PLACE WINS!

Bullying is an epidemic in today's society. Bullies will target kids with low self-esteem and lack of confidence. We focus on prevention though the building of self-confidence and character!
160,000 kids miss school everyday in the U.S. due to fear of a bully!
65% of kids who are bullied do not report it to the school or their parents out of fear or embarrassment.
The best defense against a bully is a confident child who is not afraid to stand up for themselves.
A child will only stand up for themselves verbally when they know they have the skills to protect themselves if things go from verbal to physical.
